Overview

Day 1 

  • Arrival at Las Vegas
  • Arrive at LAS Airport. Transfer from LAS airport to hotel Driver will be at the Baggage claim area with Placard. It is imperative that we have the passengers phone number to provide smooth transfers. Check into the hotel after 3 PM Helicopter Tour on the Strip. Overnight at the hotel.

 Day 2

  • Grand Canyon West Rim Bus Tour
  • Breakfast at the hotel. Grand Canyon West Rim Bus Tour with Skywalk- The Grand Canyon is one of the natural wonders of the world and one of our planet's most astounding sights. Take the "Skywalk" at the West Rim. Afternoon International Lunch at Grand Canyon. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 

  • Las Vegas - Los Angeles
  • Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed from Las Vegas to Los Angeles (approximately 4 hours drive) Afternoon International Lunch on own Enjoy a city tour of Los Angeles that covers major landmarks including Kodak theatre, Hollywood walk of fame as well as the Hollywood sign. Check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 

  • Universal Studio
  • Breakfast at the hotel Proceed to spend a full day at Universal Studios - with innovative rides and attractions, it is designed to let visitors experience the movies like never before - A trip to Universal is like a trip into the heart of Hollywood itself Afternoon Lunch at Universal studios on own Overnight at the hotel.

 Day 5

  • Angeles - Monterey - San Francisco
  • Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed from Los Angeles to San Francisco Via Monterey 17 miles drive (approximately 7 hr drive). Enjoy International Lunch on your own. Check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel

 Day 6

  • City tour with Bay Cruise
  • Breakfast at the hotel. San Francisco Bay Cruise - Take an exciting cruise of the bay whizzing past historical and breathtaking sights such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, Downtown, Marina, etc. Guided City tour - Visit the famous landmarks of the city including Fisherman's Wharf, Nob Hill, Financial District, Twin Peaks, Lombard Street, China town, Golden Gate Bridge Park, etc. Enjoy an exciting ride on the famous San Francisco cable car (if operational) This is a ride like no other in the world Evening free time at Fisherman Wharf to enjoy the San Francisco fashion scene. Overnight at the hotel.

 Day 7

  • Departure Transfer
  • Breakfast at the hotel Check out of the hotel before 11 AM and proceed to San Francisco airport for your flight back home. One airport drops off to SFO airport is included in the costing. Any extra drop off will be on own.

  • Hotel rates can vary at any time of the year due to several reasons- Holiday weekends, Conventions, Festivals, Blackout dates, Weather, etc.
  • Blackout dates: All long weekends, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, 31st December and New Year. Every hotel has more blackout dates depending on the conventions in the cities.
  • Prices quoted here can vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Company will strive to meet them on every occasion; however, they are not guaranteed.
  • Any hotel change or peak period travel will be the extra cost.
  • We reserve the right to use alternative hotel accommodation and transfers of the equal or higher standard.
  • Company reserves the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on weather, traffic, or any other conditions for the convenience of the traveling customers.
  • Child age 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
  • Breakfast at the hotel will be Continental/American buffet breakfast, Packed breakfast option is not available. No refund for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
  • Strictly one piece of medium luggage & one small carry on per person is allowed.
  • TimeWise itinerary must be strictly adhered to maintain the flow of the itinerary. The itinerary and vouchers will be sent by email 72 hours prior to departure.
  • Porterage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, alcohol/non-alcoholic beverages are not included.
  • Wi-Fi - is available at the discretion of the hotel, if there is an additional cost for WIFI the client must pay directly to the hotel.
  • The passengers requiring Wheelchair assistance will have to make their own arrangements.
  • Please note that we will make every effort for early check-in for passengers coming in early flight, but this is not guaranteed & it is at the hotel’s discretion & availability on the date of arrival.
  • For us to provide excellent service towards passenger airport pick-ups, we need the flight details a minimum of 10 days prior along with USA mobile number.
  • Please note that guests may have to give their Credit card/cash at the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guests use some of the services other than not included in the package. The incidental amount must be paid by the client directly to the hotel.
  • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in the above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
